LADOT SCOOTER ROLL OUT

The Branding team created the graphics and assisted in planning a full rollout of the pilot scooter program in Downtown Los Angeles, with a campaign centered around public safety. In addition to utilizing City communication channels, we developed a comprehensive outreach strategy that included stakeholder newsletters, social media graphics, and printed materials. We collaborated with local non-profits, engaged neighborhood councils, and conducted direct outreach to residents and property owners. Signage was strategically placed throughout the DTLA perimeter, and a custom-designed postcard was mailed to all Downtown residents to ensure broad community awareness and participation.
