Chipotle Farmesa

Under Chipotle’s New Ventures Division, we supported the launch of Farmesa, California-inspired fast-casual concept developed by Chef Nate Appleman. Operated as a ghost kitchen, Farmesa focused on delivery and takeout, offering customizable farm-to-table bowls.

Our team built local awareness through targeted email marketing, community partnerships, and collaborations with local chambers, schools, and public service groups. We invited residents to sample the menu and promoted exclusive coupon offers to drive trial. This initiative served as a focus group campaign to measure consumer response and evaluate the concept’s scalability
